This frontline experience means that he has first-hand knowledge the operational realities of incident management.

Since moving into communications, he has banked more than three decades of serious news and crisis management experience, and has successfully handled major business interruption stories, catastrophic accident cases with international reach and major corporate restructurings in the face of high debt levels.
